New Spring Tasting Menu
This spring Zentan launches a special omakase-style chef’s tasting menu. Chef Jennifer Nguyen will curate a completely unique dining experience each week based on the freshest selection of rare fish, quality meats and of-the-minute produce. Translated to “I’ll leave it to you,” the five-to eight-course omakase menu will include dishes such as: elusive gilthead sea bream and bright red Japanese tiger prawns, shipped live to the restaurant from Japan’s Tsukiji Market.
